“The rehearsal was exciting!! I have worked with such a big group before, but we didn’t have to achieve a final result then. Now we are working for a final result, the concerts. The interesting thing is that now four different choirs are involved and you never know what the result will be when you put them together.
For me it is a very inspiring experience and I think they were all well prepared but still it is extremely difficult to bring hundred people more or less on one line. That will need some time. It is my first Gurrelieder and I think probably the last one because this piece is very rarely performed.”
